If you have an external collaborator who you would like to have an account on Neon or Argon, you must go through the process to get that person a HawkID. ITS has recently released a tool to assist with this, which can be found at: https://iam.uiowa.edu/accounts. Once the collaborator has their HawkID, they can go through the regular new user request form available here: https://hpc.uiowa.edu/user-services/new-user-information. Please remember to let them know that they must list you in the sponsor field in the new user request form.
Choose to send a HawkID Invitation:
Enter the email address and an optional message, then click the Invitation Options window to bring up additional fields.
Enter your email address in the email notifications field to get an email when the collaborator has finished the HawkID setup.
Your collaborator will receive an email detailing the additional steps to setup their HawkID. Once they have completed the request, they can sign up for an HPC account on Neon or Argon here: https://hpc.uiowa.edu/user-services/new-user-information
