If you have an external collaborator who you would like If you would like your external collaborator to have an account on Neon or Argon, you must go through the process to get that person a HawkID. ITS has recently released a tool to assist with this, which can be found at: https://iam.uiowa.edu/accounts. Once the collaborator has their HawkID, they can go through the regular new user request form available here: https://hpc.uiowa.edu/user-services/new-user-information. Please remember to let them know that they must list you in the sponsor field in the new user request form. If they just need access to data, they can also request a Globus GridFTP account. Please email us at hpc-sysadmins@uiowa.edu to confirm which directories and permissions you'd like the account to have access to.
