IDAS has been moved to a new data center networking, which is expected to provide better performance.
The IDAS infrastructure nodes have been updated to new operating systems, enhancing overall reliability and performance.

Databases have been relocated to dedicated hosts, resulting in performance improvements.
When users start IDAS sessions, updates for IDAS images are no longer checked for, which should improve reliability.

Added 16 GPUs to IDAS. These are NVIDIA L40S, each with 48GB GPU memory.
