Follow the steps below to give users access to your workshop instance. After users have been added, it will take about 1-2 hours for the access to be fully set up.

5. In the popup that opens, enter the HawkID, Health Care ID, name, or email address of the user you want to add and click the search icon.

Note: You IDAS does not support Health Care IDs, so you will need to select both add a user 's HawkID and Health Care ID if they need access from both IDs.using their HawkID. |
6. In the list of search results, click on the user you want to grant access to the workshop instance.
