TAP Administrators
Navigate to the TAP Admin App
- If you are in the Tippie Action Portal (TAP) App, click on the App Launcher in the top right corner.
- Type in TAP Admin or select it from the list if it's visible.
Entering Records on Behalf of Others
- Important: You can only enter records for others in the TAP Admin App.
- The Tippie Action Portal (TAP) App is used to enter your own records.
- Check to make sure the record doesn't already exist before creating new. To do so, search for the contact by name, UID, or email in the search bar at the top.
- On the right side of the contact page, check the Related List Quick Links: Affiliated Accounts for the record.
Submit a AAA (Ask An Admin)
- If you have a question or want to request a change in Salesforce, submit a new AAA request. This helps admins document changes and is useful for recalling specific details after-the-fact.

UICA Staff in Tippie Directory
- UICA staff members affiliated with the Tippie College should be manually maintained in the university web profile system
