Applicant Password Reset

  • From the contact's page, click on the dropdown on the upper right corner  and click View Customer User

  • A screen will come up with their user information like this:


  • Verify the email they want to use matches what is here. 
  • If they want to change it, click Edit and update both Email and Username
    • Email will make sure the password reset email goes to that inbox
    • Username is the email they enter in the portal login page
  • Click the Reset Password button
    • For security purposes, when you reply back to the person, we can say we sent to their Gmail or Yahoo etc., rather than typing out the full email
