Applicant Password Reset
- From the contact's page, click on the dropdown on the upper right corner and click View Customer User
- A screen will come up with their user information like this:
- Verify the email they want to use matches what is here.
- If they want to change it, click Edit and update both Email and Username
- Email will make sure the password reset email goes to that inbox
- Username is the email they enter in the portal login page
- Click the Reset Password button
- For security purposes, when you reply back to the person, we can say we sent to their Gmail or Yahoo etc., rather than typing out the full email
