Peer Benchmarking

Who Maintains this Data?

• The AACSB Data steward will pull data from the AACSB website and work with Salesforce admins to load the data into Salesforce.

General Notes

• Click on the Peer Benchmarking tab in the Tippie Action Portal app.

Dashboards

• Dashboards do not automatically refresh each time you log in.  Click the Refresh button anytime you open a dashboard to get the most up-to-date data.
• Filters at the top of the dashboard will dynamically update the dashboard data.  No need to click the refresh button after you select your filters.
• Each dashboard component has an underlying report.  Click View Report (Report Name) to see the underlying report. 
  • NOTE: If you have filters selected at the top of the dashboard and you click View Report, those filters will be locked onto the report.
  • Dashboard components can be pulled from the same report or different reports.
• To drill down into a particular value on a bar chart, click either the label or bar. This will open a report showing the data represented in that value.

Reports

• There's a link to the Reports folder on the Homepage of the Peer Benchmarking app.
• To see what data is being filtered into a report, click on the filter button to view filters.
