Peer School Data

Enrollment

  1. Login to the AACSB Data Direct site: https://www.aacsb.edu/tools/datadirect

  2. Under the Benchmarking tab, select Report Writer.

  3. In the Define Your Report section, select Detailed, the Peer Benchmarking Set comparison group, and the relevant year.

  4. Leave the defaults in the Calculations section.

  5. Add any relevant variables. Select Add Selected Variables.

    1. To find total bschool enrollment, select a variable family group of BSQ Programs Module. Select a variable family of Business Unit Characteristics. Check the variable called Business Unit Total Student Headcount.

    2. To find total bschool undergraduate enrollment, select a variable family group of BSQ Programs Module. Select a variable family of Enrollment-Undergraduate. Check the variable called Enrl-BA-Grand Total.

  6. Ensure the desired variables display in the Selected Variables section.

  7. Select Generate Report.

Faculty Head Counts

  1. Login to the AACSB Data Direct site: https://www.aacsb.edu/tools/datadirect

  2. Under the Benchmarking tab, select Quick Results.

  3. Expand Non-confidential School-Level Quick Reports.

  4. Select SCDS - Non-confidential School-Level Results.

  5. Select the Peer Benchmarking Set comparison group and the relevant year.

  6. Check Table 1 - Faculty by Full-Time and Part-Time.

  7. Select Go to Report.

UG Placement

  1. Login to the AACSB Data Direct site: DataDirect | AACSB

  2. Under the Benchmarking tab, select Report Writer.

  3. In the Define Your Report section, select Detailed, the Peer Benchmarking Set comparison group, and the relevant year.

  4. Leave the defaults in the Calculations section.

  5. Select a variable family group of BSQ Employment Module. Select a variable family of BEM-AACSB - Undergraduate.

  6. Select relevant variables. Include Total UG: Seeking Employment and Total UG: Accepting Employment by Graduation. Select Add Selected Variables.

  7. Ensure the desired variables display in the Selected Variables section.

  8. Select Generate Report.

  9. Select Export as CSV.

Prepare data for Salesforce entry:

  1. Add an additional column to the spreadsheet called Placement at graduation.

  2. Create a formula to divide Accepting Employment by Graduation by Seeking Employment.

  3. Round the percent to the nearest whole number.

  4. Enter percent on the appropriate school and year peer school record.

Notes

  • We must submit the report in order to view other school results for that report and year.

  • If a school has not submitted the report or it is not yet approved, results will not be available for that school.
