Chatter
- Chatter is a way for any user to tag someone, similar to tagging in social media. The person who is tagged will get an email taking them right to the record page where they are tagged
- Example: A user has created a new AAA change request. The admin has a couple quick questions and so the admin will tag that person in chatter. The user will get an email with a link that brings them directly to that record
- When the change request is completed, the user who made the request will get tagged in chatter to let them know the request is complete
- To tag someone in chatter, simply type @and the person's name - you will see their name appear. Click on their name to tag them, type any other information needed, and click the 'Share' button
