Favorites

Users have the ability to add record pages, reports, and dashboards to their favorites shortcuts
To add a record to your favorites, navigate to the page you want to save in your favorites and click the star button at the top of the page
- This adds the record to your favorites list. Unclick the star to remove it from favorites

If you favorite a report, dashboard, or contact when you click on the dropdown of that tab, you will see your favorites listed there as well

To view all your favorites, click the dropdown next to the star
- Click 'Edit Favorites' to remove favorites you no long want to use
