JPEC Campaigns

• JPEC tracks event attendees in order to communicate JPEC events with interested people.

Campaign naming conventions:

• JPEC - YYYY-MM-DD Event Name

Parent campaign naming conventions:

• JPEC Events AY22-23 (Parent)

Delete Permissions:

• Can delete campaign member records but can't delete campaigns - Salesforce admins can delete for you

• Notes:
  • When a campaign is deleted, all related events, tasks, and attachments are also deleted
  • Any campaign member records will also get deleted

Clone a Campaign

• You can create a campaign from scratch, but it is faster and easier to clone an existing campaign.
• To clone a campaign, click on Clone with Related button.

Check the Campaign Member Status checkbox to clone the campaign member statues to the new campaign.

Update the following fields on the new campaign record:

• Status
• Campaign Name
• Verify Active checkbox is checked
• Verify Type field is correct
• Parent Campaign (if applicable)
• Update Description to new campaign
• Verify Audience is correct
• Verify Program is correct
• Start Date
• End Date
