General Notes

  • Note: November 2024: The alumni team will send webinar attendee data to UICA to store in I-Star and won't add update alumni webinar data in the Tippie Salesforce org
  • May 2023: Lydia Fine (formerly in Marketing) added a Zapier process that automatically creates alumni webinar campaigns and adds registrants to the webinar. 
  • Marketing uses this data to prospect for new students, and it's helpful for them to know which webinar the prospect attended.
  • This process automatically adds registrants to campaigns in Registered status.  Their statuses will stay Registered and will not be updated to reflect their attendee status
