Career Services Campaigns

• Career Services tracks companies that attend career fairs or similar events

Campaign naming conventions:

• CAREER MGMT YYYY-MM-DD Event Name
• UG CAREERS YYYY-MM-DD Event Name
• TSCP Sponsorship AY23-24

Parent campaign naming conventions:

• CAREER MGMT Career Fairs AY22-23 (Parent)
• UG CAREERS Career Fairs AY22-23 (Parent)
• TCSP Sponsorship (Parent)

Delete Permissions:

• Can delete campaign member records but can't delete campaigns
  • Salesforce admins can delete for you. Either use chatter to tag a Salesforce admin in a campaign(s) to be deleted or create a AAA and include the link to the campaign(s).
• Notes:
  • When a campaign is deleted, all related events, tasks, and attachments are also deleted
  • Any campaign member records will also get deleted

Bulk Data Upload:

1. Use the Career Services Campaign Upload Template and populate as follows:

1. • Company Name
   • 18 digit account ID
     • Use list of companies that exist in SF to add ID numbers (Company report: https://tippie.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Report/00O3t000007e0krEAA/view?queryScope=userFolders)
   • Campaign ID (leave blank and Salesforce admin will populate)
   • Campaign Member Status (See Campaign Member Statuses related list on the campaign for value options)
2. Create a new AAA: Ask An Admin (AAA) Change Requests

Include the following in the AAA:

1. 1. Description: Web link to the campaign in Salesforce
   2. Attach the completed template to the AAA
      
      • The file attachment screen is visible after you save the AAA record

• Clone Career Services Campaigns
